33 Cozy Fall Journal Prompts for Gratitude, Growth, & Reflection
Are you a fan of the fall season? I must admit that the season hasn’t always been at the top of my list.
But over the years it’s grown on me. I’m not sure if it’s the pumpkin spice coffee or the smell of pecan pie. I do know it’s not the cooler weather.
All I know is that when the leaves begin to change, I change. I instantly feel more relaxed and peaceful.
And if you’re ready to embrace this season with me, check out these fall writing prompts.
33 Fall Journal Prompts: Gratitude, Growth & Reflection
Fall represents many things. It’s a time to reflect on how far we’ve come while also thinking about where we’re going. It’s also a time to give thanks.
To encompass all of these aspects, I’ve broken these prompts into three categories: gratitude, growth, and reflection.
Gratitude: Remembering to Give Thanks
Showing gratitude is all about taking stock of the things we’re thankful for in our life. No matter how big or small those things may be. It’s all about appreciation.
One way I’ll be focusing on that this season is by starting my fall gratitude journal. Check out the post if you’re interested in starting one, too.
